Rachel and Jon’s DIY extravaganza was full of really personal touches. Their friends Robin and Morag conducted the ceremony. Another friend handmade the custom wedding dress. One of the bridesmaids’ mothers – who happens to be the incomparable Judith Blacklock – did the flowers. And (best detail ever), a mariachi band played Africa by Toto during the cocktail hour. The bestmen’s speech included a puppet of the groom. Dinner was pizza and dessert was éclairs. Everything was magnificent.
